Cancellation Policy

Low Season
Booking cancellations made in the LOW SEASON must be made more than 14 days prior to your arrival date. If a booking cancellation is made within 14 days of your arrival, your deposit will be forfeited.
ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE IN WRITING BY EITHER LETTER, FAX, OR EMAIL.
A cancellation fee of $30.00 applies in every instance to all cancelled confirmed bookings. A booking can not be confirmed without a deposit. Once a booking is confirmed a contract exists with BIG4 Emu Beach Holiday Park and you accept the terms and conditions of your booking.
PLEASE CHECK YOUR HOLIDAY DATES CAREFULLY. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES UNLESS WE CAN RESELL YOUR ACCOMMODATION OR SITE.

High Season (23rd Dec - 31st Jan, Easter & ANZAC Celebrations)
Booking cancellations made in the HIGH SEASON must be made more than 60 days prior to your arrival date. If a booking cancellation is made within 60 days of your arrival, your deposit will be forfeited.
ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE IN WRITING BY EITHER MAIL OR EMAIL.
A cancellation fee if $30.00 applies in every instance to all cancelled confirmed bookings. A booking can not be confirmed without a deposit. Once a booking is confirmed, a contract exists with BIG4 Emu Beach Holiday Park and you accept the terms and conditions of your booking.

Pets are not permitted during High Season or in any accommodations at any time (including Ensuite Sites).
Pets must be kept on a leash at all times and you must clean up after your pet.
A $50 pet bond applies and you must sign an agreement formĀ on check in.when booking with a petĀ 

We strongly recommend travel insurance for your own peace of mind.
